IMB Isaan Team

IMB Isaan Team Members:

The IMB Isaan Team currently consists of the following members:

Mark and Helen Caldwell, team leaders; Scott and Valerie Payne; and Andrew Fox

Team Purpose:

To give glory to God and see God glorified among the Isaan people through multiplying disciples and churches who bring an Isaan expression of Jesus into every Isaan community (Mt. 22:37, Jn.1:14; 1 Th.1:4-5).

Team Objectives:

	Objective 1: To give glory to God through worship, faith, and obedience, making Christ central in our lives, relationships and ministry.
	Objective 2: To be recognized by Isaan People as competent in Isaan and Thai languages and culture
	Objective 3: To be Spirit led catalysts of church planting movements (CPM) among the Isaan people through simple contextualized ministry, multiplying disciples and churches, and an optimally functioning team. To mobilize all the resources of God necessary to support an Isaan CPM: prayer, people, tools, wisdom, etc.
